Project Risk management

Course description: 

The training takes place in the form of workshops during which participants go through the whole procedure of risk management in projects, practicing specific techniques in the following steps. The main part of the training is practical exercises.

The training is based on the techniques described in the PMBOK® Guide and dedicated PMI risk management standards as well as the experience of trainers conducting the classes.

Course purpose: 

The training introduces project risk management issues, both theoretical and practical. This allows students to learn the best techniques and scenarios to identify and analyze risks and develop practical responses to the identified risks.  

Target group: 

The course is designed for project managers, project team members, specialists and all the other roles of project who may need to identify and analyze the risks and the development and implementation of contingency plans.  

Pre-requisites: 

At least basic knowledge of project management principles and specifics of work in the project.
