Communication in project, project team building

Course description: 

The training presents the concept of communication and leadership in relation to the management.

This course presents a detailed description of the theory of team construction, the stages of its development, and the role of leadership in its creation. There are also issues of development and maintenance of interpersonal relations, conflict management, and negotiation.

The training is based on the PMI standard described in the basic PMBOK® Guide publication, the generally recognized publication in the field of psychology, and the experience of trainers conducting the classes. The training contains many practical exercises.
