Course description:

MoP® Practitioner training is going to practically deepen the knowledge of MoP approach (Management of Portfolios) acquired during the MoP Foundation course.
Course participants should be able to effectively apply and tailor MoP guidance into the organization.

In particular:

  • create a business case to justify portfolio management need to the organisation board,
  • plan the implementation of portfolio management,
  • adjust the MoP principles, practices and techniques to several organizational environments,
  • assess examples of MoP documentation,
  • analyze possible solutions for a given scenario.

MoP Practitioner is a two-day intensive workshop. On the second day in the afternoon there is MoP Practitioner exam conducted. 

This course and exam is available only for MoP Foundation certificate holders.


Course prepares participants for MoP Practitioner certification.
The training is accredited by the APM Group Ltd.

This course is intended for:

  • individuals involved in the decision making process to start projects and programs,
  • individuals involved in monitoring projects and programs,
  • all those who wish to deepen their knowledge in the area of business change management within the organization.

The MoP Practitoner Exam is run on the second day of the course. Alternatively, it may be organised on other day after the training.

Exam description:

The MoP Practitioner exam consists of 80 multiple choice questions. It is an open-bok exam, it lasts for 3 hours. Candidates require a minimum of 40 correct answers (50%) to pass.
